As a bride who was clueless to the wedding planning world, Mrs. Stephanie was my hidden gem! I could not have picked anyone better to coordinate our ceremony. She was attentive, positive, and easy to work with. My wedding day also brought not so perfect rain. Mrs. Stephanie made the adjustments needed to make everything happen without a hitch. I was able to relax on my big day knowing she had things under control. I am so glad we chose her!

I recently got married on July 18, 2015. My husband and I had our wedding and reception at Stone River in Columbia, South Carolina. Stephanie Niemeyer was our wedding coordinator. With her help and talent, our day was perfect down to the smallest of details. Stephanie met with my mother and I to help us plan for all the preparations that needed to be done prior to our wedding day. Every meeting she came prepared and organized. She brought ideas to the table that neither my mother nor I would have thought of. Her sweet personality kept, what could be a stressful time, fun and exciting. By the week of our wedding all the planning of our ceremony was done and we were able to use that time to relax and celebrate!
When the wedding weekend was finally here, Stephanie took over and her talent really shined through. The rehearsal was flawless. She managed to be sure eight groomsman, eight bridesmaids, three flower girls, a ring bearer, and the parents of the bride and groom knew exactly what they needed to do to make the ceremony a success and to make my dreams come true. Stephanie listened to exactly what I wanted- and was able to make it all happened.
On the day of the wedding, Stephanie helped put finishing touches to make sure the ceremony and reception area looked perfect. The morning of my wedding, I was able to enjoy spending time with my mom and bridesmaids while we got ready. I knew I was in good hands and did not have to worry about a thing. Stephanie took care of making sure the guys were ready, boutonnieres were on, and the groom knew what to do!
It was our perfect day, and it would not have been possible without Stephanie’s help and hard work. I am so thankful I had her during the planning process and for the weekend of the wedding. I confidently recommend having Stephanie Niemeyer as your wedding coordinator. Your day will be perfect, with her by your side!

Stephanie Niemeyer as a day-of-coordinator was absolutely the best decision we made for our December wedding! She spent time with our families several months before the wedding to be a part of the planning. She was very dedicated in knowing and understanding the details of our wedding to make sure our special day was perfect. Stephanie arrived early the day of the wedding and helped with our day of schedule, making sure everything was set and ready for the ceremony and reception. She helped with last minute fixes, including a mix-up in our cake, and allowed my new husband and I, and both of our families to enjoy the day. Our day was completely stress-free and I owe it to Stephanie Niemeyer!
